Review
This is a continuation in Karen Tjebben's YA Supernatural series and it is just a great as the first. Karen makes sure to catch readers up without making them feel bogged down with details from the first.
I felt like I got more of an understanding of the characters in this one. The first in the series was really an introduction and their characters really took off in this one.
Definitely a lot of action going on that will have readers flipping pages furiously.
Karen Tjebben lives in central North Carolina with her encouraging and supportive husband, twin daughters, and two hamsters. When her girls left for kindergarten, Karen discovered that she needed to fill her days with something, and that was the beginning of her new career in writing. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and seeing the world through her daughters’ eyes.
