REVIEW
This was my first read in the Black Mountain Academy Series. I'm a little out of order, but I'm so glad this was the first one. I've never read the Club Alias books, but boy do I need to now!
Steamy from start to finish! I loved that Evie and Nate had such deep seated issues of their own but they complemented themselves so well. Yin and Yang were referenced multiple times and I think that could not be a better description of their relationship. They were magnetically attracted to each other.
Nate and his OCD and never having been able to understand how to tamper down his compulsions was a great thing to read about. Evie, with her anxiety had already learned the perfect way to ebb her issues and I absolutely loved the way they ended up futher exploring things to find a fix for each of them.
The fire is there from start to finish. It's D/s, teacher/student, rich boy/shy girl, and so much more all rolled up into one.
Fabulous read! Can't wait to read more!

KD Robichaux wanted to be a romance author since the first time she picked up her mom's Sandra Brown books at the ripe old age of twelve. She went to college to become a writer, but then married her very own alpha and had babies. Putting her dream job on hold to raise her family as a stay at home mom who read entirely too much, she created a blog where she could keep her family and friends up-to-date on all the hottest reads. From there, by word of mouth, her blog took off and she began using her hard-earned degree as a full-time editor.
